FITNESS PROGRAM

We at nutrition freak Focus on body weight workouts more than weight training. It is our belief that the body is the only equipment you need to have a perfect physique. Bodyweight exercises are a great choice because they’re easily modified to challenge any fitness level. Adding extra repetitions, performing the exercises faster or super-slow, and perfecting form are a few ways to make even the simplest exercise more challenging. And progress is easy to measure, since bodyweight exercises offer endless ways to do a little more. We specialize in a particular type of workout that we call “Bodybuilding Yoga”. Which is a mixture of isometric and plyometric workouts with our own brand of intensity added to it.

Unless your goal is to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger be believe the body provides more than enough resistance. Try if yourself to find out. Just a warning this is going to be more intense than anything you're doing to do in the weight training section.
